Product Care & Use

CLEANING YOUR ViA WATER BOTTLE

Wash thoroughly before first use.

To disassemble:

  • Unscrew top cap
  • Unscrew bottom cap
(note that the gempod is attached to the bottom cap, so take care not to bump it into the edges of the glass)
  • Unscrew gempod from bottom cap. DO NOTattempt to open the specially sealed gempod
  • Remove the silicone rubber seal from the bottom cap

The lead-free, borosilicate glass bottle itself is dishwasher safe. The gempod, caps, and silicone rubber seal are NOT dishwasher safe, so always wash them by hand with warm, soapy water.

Allow all parts to dry completely.

Securely, but gently, re-assemble parts.

We suggest cleaning your bottle at least every 2-3 days depending on use. After extensive use, water products can develop limescale, simply use lemon juice or vinegar essence to remove.

FILLING YOUR ViA WATER BOTTLE

When filling your water bottle, run water directly into the top opening. Do not let water run over edges of the opening or water will accumulate in the groove between the glass and bottom gempod cap, making is seem like it is leaking. Don't worry!

If water has run over the opening, put the top cap on and simply turn the bottle upside down to let the excess water drip out.

CLEANING YOUR ERA DECANTER & VIALS

The glass portion of the ERA Decanter is
dishwasher safe and can also be cleaned
by hand in warm, soapy water.

Gemstone Vials should ONLY be cleaned by hand
in warm, soapy water.
They are NOT dishwasher safe.

ASSEMBLE / DISASSEMBLE

To put your ERA Decanter and Gemstone Vial
together, follow these steps carefully.

1. Insert the Vial through thebottom of the spout.

2. Place the rubber collar around the the stem of the Vial.

3. Push the collar all the way down into the hole in the spout.

4. SLOWLY insert the Vial into the glass
Decanter being careful to not let it strike the sides.

5. Use a VERY GENTLE twisting motion
to secure the spout in the opening.
DO NOT FORCE OR ROCK SIDE TO SIDE.

FILLING YOUR ERA DECANTER

The ERA is refillable without removing the Vial. Simply refill directly into the spout to let water through the openings

CLEANING YOUR GRANDE DISPENSER

The GRANDE Dispenser should ONLY be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. It is NOT dishwasher safe.

To use, simply insert the entire small bulb and collar (at the top of stem) through the rubber opening in the metal lid.

The lid then suspends the Vial from from above.

The GRANDE is designed so that you may refill it through the openings in the lid, or, you may carefully remove the lid and Vial to refill.

CLEANING YOUR VINO DECANTER & VIAL

The VINO Wine Decanter and gemstone Vial are crafted in lead-free, hand-blown glass. They are NOT dishwasher-safe. Always wash by hand in warm, soapy water.

To use, pour your wine into the decanter.

Insert your VINO Vial into the large opening. After 7-10 minutes, remove the Vial and serve.

Many notice the tannins in your wine have diminished, reducing the tannic ‘bite.’ Often the finish is described as having a much more rounded and smooth quality.
