Why These Celebs Can’t Get Enough Of Healing Gems

With more and more people awakening to the power of healing gems these days, it’s no surprise that celebrities were far ahead of the crystal curves. From pop stars to Oscar nominees, celebs have long been carrying gems to help them feel their happiest, most creative, and most loving. Take a cue from these celebrities who love crystals to strengthen your own gem practice.

Adele

Adele is something of a living legend, so it’s no surprise that she taps into ancient healing arts to feel her best. Among celebrities who love crystals, Adele might be one of the most frequently cited stars. The singer told The Sun that gems helped her through stage fright after taking time off from performing to raise her son. "I was so nervous about my comeback show and I was panicking,” Adele told The Sun. “I was out of practice and I was busy being a Mum.” But Adele turned to her crystal collection to give her confidence, and knocked her performance out of the park. "...It was one of the best shows I've ever done and I had these bloody crystals in my hand."

In fact, Adele attributes an ill-fated Grammy performance full of tech issues to the fact that her crystals were nowhere to be found that night. "Then the Grammys came and I lost my f**king crystals!" she told The Sun. "I had a gig two or three days before them and I think I left them at this venue...But I got some new crystals now and everything's been going well."

Nicole Richie

As a jewelry designer for her brand House of Harlow, Richie often works gems into her creations. “I carry them with me and I wear a lot of necklaces,” Richie shared with Us Magazine. “We did fine crystals for House of Harlow, so I do a smoky quartz. It’s for grounding and protection.” Richie also told the magazine that she loves citrine and rose quartz, a stone she feels is a good option for just about everyone.

Victoria Beckham

Everyone’s favorite Spice-Girl-turned-fashion-designer uses crystals to get into the zone before fashion shows. The Daily Mail shared that she taps into the energy of black tourmaline and rose quartz backstage before the shows begin. "If I told you my backstage rituals, and was honest you would think I was a little weird,” the publication shared. “I carry my crystals with me which some people might think as odd but it works for us." Hey Victoria, there’s nothing better than a quality ritual!

Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr is something of a gem aficionado - the Australian model was one of the first celebrities to inspire this modern wave of crystal love. Kerr has long been vocal about the fact that she loves gems and carries them with her throughout the day. She’s mentioned being a big fan of amethyst and rose quartz. She’s also mentioned that she carries a crystal wand in her purse and loves a good rose quartz bath.

"My crystal wand is incredibly special to me, and is one of my most cherished items," Kerr shared on the Kora blog. "It's made of clear quartz and is studded with rose quartz. Clear quartz is a great stone for gathering, directing and transmitting energy...and rose quartz is a wonderful stone to heal and protect the heart, balance emotions, release stress and tension, and encourage love and self-esteem.” Kerr is also a fan of crystal massages, wearing crystal pendants close to her heart, and keeping her gems nearby when she sleeps.
